There will be no data transfer to third parties, with the exception of the direct transmission of credit card data to our payment provider WIRECARD and SUMUP for the purpose of charging the congress fees, as well as to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

Medconvent GmbH takes reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access and use. We only retain your information for as long as is necessary for the provision of our services and for legitimate business purposes, unless we are required by law or ordinance or litigation and regulatory investigation to retain it for a longer period of time.
You can subscribe to our newsletter (only information about congresses organized by Medconvent) via our respective congress website during the registration process. For this we need your approval for sending you our newsletter. You can cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter.
In general, you have the right of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transfer, right of withdrawal and right of objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or if your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. As Medconvent GmbH is legally based in Austria you can only complain at the Austrian data protection authority.

It is not known to us how Facebook uses data for their own purposes from visitors of this Facebook page.
